Currently, we seek an experienced litigation/insurance defense associate with at least three years’ experience. Strong research and writing skills are required. Clerkship experience a plus. Responsibilities will include all aspects of a defense litigation practice including drafting and opposing motions; conducting depositions; court appearances, mediations/arbitrations, and trial. Experience working with insurance companies and within their respective guidelines is a plus, but not required.

We are searching for a Litigation Legal Assistant to join our growing litigation group of professionals. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal, with a strong working knowledge of both State and Federal Court rules and procedures and online e-filing experience. Candidate should have strong command of the English language including excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and the ability to manage a complex and varied workload in a timely manner and with courtesy and tact.
Must have excellent organization and written communication skills. Requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, high level of organizational and time management skills. Requires both working independently and as a part of a team. Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
