Brett Masch is a Washington native who joined Floyd, Pflueger & Ringer as an Associate in August 2022. Brett’s practice focuses on civil defense litigation. He has extensive experience with handling civil litigation claims regarding consumer rights, real estate, and foreclosure. He is also well versed in condominium and homeowner association law. Brett has a strong background in bankruptcy law, representing both debtors and creditors for over 11 years.
Brett graduated from Washington State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy and received his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2009.
He is licensed to practice in the State of Washington, and the United States District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts.
When not at work, Brett enjoys fishing, crabbing, hiking, spending time with friends and family and grilling on his balcony while taking in the Seattle skyline.
