Joshua E. Campbell joined Floyd, Pflueger & Ringer P.S. as an Associate in 2020. His practice thus far focuses on civil litigation, employment discrimination, insurance defense, and construction law. He is licensed to practice law in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska, allowing him to assist and defend clients across the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to joining the firm, Joshua practiced insurance defense and general civil litigation at Holt Woods & Scisciani LLP in Seattle and, prior to that, electronic discovery at K&L Gates LLP. During law school, Joshua worked at Lee & Lee P.S. (as a legal assistant to the now Honorable Nelson Lee of the King County Superior Court) during the day, and attended classes at night.
Joshua has secured summary judgment on behalf of health clinics, public transit entities, and small businesses, as well obtained favorable resolutions for clients in mediations and arbitration hearings.
Joshua is a Washington native, having grown up in northern, rural Snohomish County. He is the first in his family to go to college. He graduated with honors from both Western Washington University and Seattle University School of Law. Joshua is a member of the King County Bar Association and sits on the KCBA’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. He is also a member of the Washington State Bar Association’s CLE Committee, which develops and promotes legal education seminars in Washington State. In his spare time, Joshua enjoys exploring his neighborhood of West Seattle with his girlfriend and golden retriever. In the summer, you can find him hiking in the Cascades, or kayaking around the San Juan Islands. In the winter, he likes to explore the many breweries that the Puget Sound area has to offer.
