Kerry B. Gress

Kerry Gress has been a civil trial lawyer since 2001 and is a partner with Floyd, Pflueger & Ringer, P.S. Kerry successfully and aggressively defends his clients while maintaining high ethical standards. He has successfully defended a wide range of cases involving catastrophic personal injuries and wrongful death claims including general contractors in the construction industry; cities, municipal districts, and municipal entities in negligent design and negligence cases; pharmacies and fire department first responders in medical malpractice claims; and product manufacturers and sellers against product defect lawsuits.

In 1997, Kerry graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Minor in Speech Communication. In 2001, he graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California where his education emphasized trial advocacy and alternative dispute resolution. Kerry received the Certificate Degree from the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution, continually rated the top program by US News & World Reports.

Kerry is an avid fan of the University of Washington Huskies and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
