Levi S. Larson

Levi joined Floyd, Pflueger & Ringer in 2011 and is a senior partner in the firm. Levi’s litigation practice solely focuses on the defense of physicians, hospitals, and other health care providers against claims of medical malpractice. Levi has significant jury trial experience defending a wide range of medical specialties in cases involving catastrophic injuries throughout Washington State. Levi also speaks frequently on health care liability issues at risk manager conferences and has served on the Board of Directors for the Washington Health Care Risk Management Society (WHCRMS). Superlawyers.com has named Levi a Rising Star in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Levi graduated magna cum laude from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts on a full academic scholarship and graduated from the University of Washington, School of Law with a Juris Doctor. After serving two years on Moot Court Honor Board, Levi was selected to the Order of Barristers, a national honor society recognizing oral advocacy skills. Levi mentors UW law students and received the 2017 King County Bar Association Mentor of the Year award.

Prior to his civil litigation experience, Levi served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps prosecuting complex cases stateside and deployed as a senior defense counsel defending courts-martial in Afghanistan. Outside of work, you will find Levi biking off the ferry to enjoy Bainbridge Island, logging miles for his next marathon or exploring the mountains, rivers and beaches of the Olympic Peninsula with his beautiful wife, daughter and son near his hometown of Forks, WA.
