Skyler joined Floyd, Pflueger, Kearns, Nedderman & Gress, P.S. in March 2022. His practice focuses on general civil litigation defense. He is licensed to practice in Washington, the United States District Court for the Western District and the Eastern District of Washington.
Prior to joining the firm, Skyler worked on insurance coverage matters at a boutique Seattle firm. Skyler handled various complex coverage issues including bad faith, the Insurance Fair Conduct Act, and Washington Consumer Protection Act claims.
Skyler graduated from Washburn University School of Law, where he served on the Washburn Law Journal Editorial Board as a Comments Editor. During his legal education, Skyler also volunteered with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. Skyler received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Communication from Washburn University.
Skyler grew up in Kansas and now resides in Seattle. In his free time, Skyler enjoys cooking new recipes, riding his bike, and exploring all the nature the Pacific Northwest has to offer with his fiancée, and their dog.
