Our team has experience defending against claims of disparate treatment and impact, retaliation, discrimination (including alleged transgender discrimination), wrongful termination and constructive discharge, and sexual harassment. We also regularly consult employers on matters including layoffs, restructurings, workplace grievances, disciplinary matters, contract disputes, and unfair labor practice complaints.
